One week at a time
A monthly tracker can feel like a long commitment. A weekly chart is a smaller promise: seven days, a handful of habits, and a fresh page every Monday. That makes it ideal for trying a new habit, getting back on track after a busy month, or tracking something that changes week to week.
What's on the page
This tracker starts on Monday and is undated, so you can use it any week of the year. Write the date next to "Week of" at the top. Your habits run down the left, each day has a large square to tick or fill in, and the weekend columns are lightly shaded. At the bottom, a box asks for your win of the week, the one thing you're proud of, however small.
A Sunday review in five minutes
- Count your filled squares and note your best habit of the week.
- Look at the shaded weekend columns: do your habits slip on Saturdays?
- Change one thing for next week, such as a smaller target or a different time of day.
- Print the new sheet so it's ready on Monday morning.
Make it yours
Replace the starter habits with your own and add blank rows for anything you want to write by hand. Switch to circles or stars, start the week on Sunday, or print in landscape for wider boxes. The portrait layout fits a clipboard or the front of a planner. It's free to print as many weeks as you like, on US Letter or A4.
