Any month, any year, four layouts
- One month: a large landscape or portrait grid with holidays written into the right boxes and optional notes lines.
- Full year, 12 pages: every month of the year in one PDF, ready to staple or put in a binder.
- Year at a glance: all twelve months on one page, with the year's holidays listed underneath.
- Weekly planner: one dated page per week, with a box for each day and a to-do list.
Holidays done for you
Pick your country and the public holidays are filled in for you, including the observed or substitute days when a holiday falls on a weekend:
- United States: federal holidays plus Mother's Day, Halloween and the clock changes
- United Kingdom: England and Wales bank holidays, Pancake Day and Bonfire Night
- Canada: statutory holidays from Family Day to Boxing Day
- Australia: national public holidays, Anzac Day and the King's Birthday
- New Zealand: every public holiday, including Matariki and Waitangi Day
- Ireland: St Brigid's Day, St Patrick's Day and the bank holidays
Or pick "No holidays" for a blank calendar. Holidays are worked out by rule for every year from 2024 to 2035 and checked against official lists.
Sunday or Monday, Letter or A4
American and Canadian calendars start on Sunday; the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand usually start on Monday. Switch with one setting, and choose US Letter or A4 so the margins fit your printer. Dates print the local way too: "Jan 4" or "4 Jan".
Make it personal
Add a title like "Family Calendar" or "Homework Planner", pick a seasonal theme, and shade or unshade weekends to save ink. Your settings are saved in the page link, so you can bookmark it and print next month in one click.
