Six kinds of tracing in one maker
- Letters: any letter, uppercase, lowercase or both, with a row of words that start with it. Or print the whole alphabet, one page per letter.
- Numbers: 0 to 20 with the number word to trace, or 1 to 10 and 1 to 20 with a row for each number.
- A name: type a child's name for a full page of name practice.
- Your own words: spelling words, sight words or holiday words, one per line.
- Shapes: circle, square, triangle, rectangle, oval, diamond, star and heart.
- Pre-writing lines: straight, slanted, zigzag, wave, hill, cup and loop patterns.
Arrows that teach the movement
The first copy in each row is solid, with a numbered dot at the start of every stroke and an arrow showing its direction. Children learn where to begin and which way to go, the habit that stops reversals like b and d. The letters are simple "ball and stick" print, the style most schools teach first.
Sized for each age
Large rows suit Pre-K, Medium matches kindergarten paper, and Small fits 1st graders. Choose dotted, dashed or solid grey tracing, add a seasonal border, and leave empty rows at the bottom for writing without help. Every sheet downloads as a PDF for A4 or US Letter, free and with no signup.
