Real dates, not blank boxes
Most free weekly planners are undated, so you end up writing the date on every square. These pages are dated for you. Choose a month and you get one page for every week that touches it, so January 2027 prints five pages starting on Monday 28 December. Holidays such as New Year's Day appear in the right box automatically.
A planner that works for
- Busy parents: one place for school runs, clubs, meals and appointments. Keep it on the fridge next to the monthly calendar.
- Teachers: a week-at-a-glance for lessons, duties and meetings, with the to-do box for marking.
- Students: write homework into the day it's due and tick off the to-do list as you go.
- Anyone starting a New Year routine: weekly planning is easier to keep up than a daily journal.
Set it up your way
Choose a Sunday or Monday start, switch to landscape to get four tall columns per row, or turn on a seasonal theme. Weekends are shaded so the working week stands out; turn the shading off if you print a lot. A custom title, such as "Meal Plan" or "Homework", replaces "Weekly Planner" at the top of every page.
Print a month at a time and keep the pages in a folder, or print just this week whenever you need a fresh start.
