The party game everyone can win
Room parents often ask for an activity that works for the whole class and needs almost no setup. Bingo is exactly that. This set has 30 different cards, using 24 words each from a list of 30, including cupid, conversation hearts, best friends and love letter. Candy hearts make perfect markers, as long as nobody eats them until the round is over.
Running the game
- Hand out cards and markers, and explain which pattern wins: a line, four corners or a full card.
- Read words from the caller sheet and tick them off so you can check winners.
- Have a helper read the words back when someone calls "Bingo!"
- Rotate the role of caller so that students get a turn at reading aloud.
Prizes that aren't candy
Try stickers, pencils, or a "kindness coupon" that lets a child choose a class song. Many schools limit food at parties, so check your policy before bringing any sweets.
Make it fit your class
For younger students, choose a 3 × 3 card and shorter words. Older classes can add students' names to make the game more personal. Print two cards per page to save paper.
